Biography
Mike LaJoie is the founding partner of LMT & Associates, a strategic advisory firm dedicated to the advancement of its clients in technology, telecommunication and leading development techniques. He brings decades of experience in the cable television industry, playing a significant role in the development of digital television, digital video recorders on-demand video services, IP telephony and broadband access to the Internet and pioneered the development of streaming multi-channel video launching the first TV A service in 2010. Mike has served as Time Warner Cable’s Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer from January 2004 to January 2015. Prior to that, he served as Executive Vice President of Advanced Technology from March 2003, and in the same capacity for Time Warner Cable’s Time Warner Entertainment (TWE) division from August 2002. He has also served on many boards of directors on both private and publicly traded companies. As a significant leader in Cable and Telecommunications he has won numerous awards and in 2011 was inducted into the Broadcasting & Cable Hall of Fame.
